ArrowArray.runEndEncoded constructor

ArrowArray.runEndEncoded(
  1. ArrowRunEndEncodedType type,
  2. List<int> runEnds,
  3. List<ArrowValue?> runValues
)

Builds a run-end encoded array from its physical encoding.

runEnds must be strictly increasing positive integers that fit the declared run-end width; the last run end is the logical length. runValues has one entry per run (null for a null run).
