Dictionaries for every dictionary-encoded type strictly inside type, in depth-first preorder (children of list, fixed-size list, struct, map entries, union, and run-end encoded fields, extension storage, and dictionaries nested in a dictionary's value type). This matches the IPC dictionary id assignment order. The top-level dictionary, if any, is dictionary.
